The Shine Project Foundation and Concept Surf Shop are preparing for the 1st Beach Fun Event for children with special needs. Stay tuned. We hope to run this event in June and September and are in the process of securing our permits.
This will be a free, fun, and safe beach event for children with special needs. We will provide surf instruction with highly skilled instructors from Concept Surf shop, Yoga and movement activities, water and sand sensory play, games with typical peers and local community volunteers, and healthy snacks.
Our goal is to not only provide a safe and free structured beach fun event for children with special needs but to get the community directly involved with helping these children to SHINE!
