Our Current Volunteer Opportunities:

 Shine Volunteer Program

At The Shine Project Foundation, volunteers are the heart of everything we do. Your time, your compassion, and your willingness to show up create the kind of impact that ripples far beyond a single event or interaction. When you volunteer with Shine, you become part of a community rooted in dignity, belonging, and the belief that every individual deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.

Our volunteers help families navigate complex systems, support inclusive programs, bring joy to community events, and stand alongside individuals with disabilities as advocates, encouragers, and trusted partners. Whether you’re offering a few hours a month or stepping into a more active role, your presence directly strengthens the families we serve and the mission we carry forward.

Volunteering with Shine isn’t just about giving back — it’s about connection. It’s about showing up with kindness, learning alongside others, and becoming part of a team that leads with heart. We provide training, guidance, and a supportive environment where your strengths can shine and your contributions truly matter.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful difference, we’re ready to welcome you. Your light has a place here. Your voice matters. Your impact lasts. Join us in creating a community where every person is valued, included, and empowered.
