Event Support — Assist with setup, check‑in, sensory‑friendly stations, family guidance, and cleanup at Shine community events.
Community Outreach — Share Shine resources with schools, partner organizations, and community groups; help distribute flyers or digital materials.
Family Engagement — Welcome families at events, offer support, help them feel comfortable, and ensure inclusive participation.
Volunteer Coordination Support — Assist with scheduling, communication, and onboarding new volunteers.
Advocacy & Awareness Support — Help spread Shine’s mission through social media engagement, community conversations, or supporting awareness campaigns.
Administrative Support — Light office tasks such as organizing documents, preparing packets, updating spreadsheets, or assisting with mailings.
Donation & Supply Management — Sort, organize, and prepare donated items or program supplies for families and events.
